This year the symposium will be organized on May 21th. The day will start with a captivating talk about this years symposium theme,
Bridging the gap; Connecting visions & Enhancing growth
After the opening speech, you'll dive into two interactive workshop rounds, tailored to your study background. In these two rounds you will get started with an assignment and get to know the companies. After the workshops, a networking drink will take place. Here, students and companies can get to know each other better through conversations in separate rooms, after which contact details can possibly be exchanged. After the regular program has ended, a partner dinner will follow on location. This is exclusively for pre-selected students and recruiters where you will enjoy a three-course dinner together at the table.

When and Where
The Eindhoven Student Symposium will take place at the elegant Pullman Hotel in the heart of Eindhoven — the perfect setting for an inspiring afternoon full of ideas, connections, and opportunities. Doors open at 12:30 PM and the program runs until 6:30 PM, followed by a vibrant networking drink starting at 5:15 PM.
For master’s and final-year bachelor students, the evening continues with an exclusive partner dinner at 7:00 PM — an ideal moment to dive deeper into meaningful conversations in a more relaxed setting.
